The Hunter Belt

The Hunter Belt is built from premium 9–11 oz harness leather from Wickett & Craig, a historic American tannery known for producing some of the finest vegetable-tanned leather available. Using an exclusive blend of waxes, oils, and tallows, the leather is hot-stuffed to bring out its natural beauty and durability.

Through a traditional finishing process called jack glazing, oils are brought to the surface to create a rich, glossy finish that never hides the leather’s natural grain. The result is a belt that will age beautifully and develop even more character with time.

Each belt is cut from a single piece of full-grain leather—no layers, no fillers—so its strength comes straight from the leather itself.

Measuring 1.5 inches wide, it’s a classic size that fits most pant loops and performs equally well for everyday wear or rugged outdoor use.

You can choose between a clean, unstitched edge for a traditional look or auburn polyester stitching, which adds subtle structure and a refined saddle-style detail.

The belt is finished with antique brass hardware secured with matching Chicago screws, making it simple to change the buckle if you ever want a different style.
