Norwild Refund & Return Policy
All Norwild products are handcrafted in small batches or made to order. Because every item is created specifically for each customer, all online orders are considered custom orders.
No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Orders
Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizing provided by the customer

Changes of mind

Preference-based issues (color, length, style, etc.)

Wear from use

Any custom request or personalized order

Our Mistake? We’ll Make It Right.
If we made an error—such as sending the wrong item, wrong size based on what you ordered, or a product with a workmanship defect—contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@norwild.com.
Eligible situations include:

Manufacturing defects (stitching errors, hardware issues, etc.)
If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.
Damages from Shipping
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, email us immediately with photos. We will assist in filing a claim and ensure you receive a proper replacement.
Final Notes
Because all Norwild gear is made by hand, natural variations in leather, fur, and materials are normal and not considered defects.
